Information we collect
When analytics consent is granted, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site activity such as pages viewed, general device information, referral sources, and interactions with directory filters. We do not ask Google Analytics to store advertising cookies, and we enable IP anonymization in our implementation.
If you email us or submit a listing, we receive the information you choose to provide in that message.
Cookies and local storage
We store your analytics preference in your browser so the site can remember whether you allowed or declined analytics. Google Analytics may set or read analytics identifiers only after you allow analytics.
How information is used
We use aggregate analytics to improve navigation, prioritize useful reviews and guides, understand referral traffic, and maintain the site. Messages are used to respond to requests, evaluate listings, or manage editorial corrections.
Third parties
Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy controls. Vendors and affiliate partners may receive information when you choose to visit their websites; their privacy policies apply after you leave Top UGC Tools.
Your choices
You can decline analytics in the site notice. You can also clear your browser's local storage and cookies to reset your choice. Browser privacy controls may provide additional options.
Data retention and requests
We retain messages only as long as reasonably needed for the related request and use Google Analytics retention settings for aggregate analytics. To ask a privacy question or request deletion of information you sent directly, email hello@topugctools.com.
